Cancellation And Refund Policy
In the case that the a student or parent/guardian wishes to discontinue speak 2 abroad services for any reason and demands a refund, the refund request will only be taken into account if the student or parent/guardian pays speak 2 abroad the full amount due (without any discounts) and does not use any services within a month of the enrolment date.
Within 30 working days of the matter having come to attention, the refund will be handled
- Fees for courses and services are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payments must be made in full before accessing any course or service.
- We accept multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards, online banking, and digital wallets.
- Refund requests must be submitted within [15] days of purchase and will be processed according to our Refund Policy
- Partial refunds may be granted under exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues preventing access to the course.
